Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the staffing or virtual assistant industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Own a laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
  • Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking events
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  • Client Engagement: Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking leads from prospecting to closure
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
