Join Pallon, an ETH Zurich spin-off, as a Sales Leader and drive major deals across the DACH region. Lead and mentor a team of outbound sales representatives and account managers. Develop and implement scalable sales processes, analyze sales metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Build strong client relationships and provide regular performance updates to leadership. This role requires proven sales leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or B2B, along with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets. Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in SaaS, AI, or B2B industries
- Demonstrated success in managing a team and achieving ambitious revenue targets
- Proven expertise in sales with a strong track record as a high-performing individual contributor
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems while quickly adapting to change
- German native speaker, fluent in English, our company language
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales reps and account managers, providing coaching, guidance and strategic direction
- Develop and execute scalable sales processes to optimise pipeline generation and conversion rates
- Analyse sales metrics to refine strategies and improve team performance
- Identify and address inefficiencies in the sales funnel to improve deal velocity
- Develop playbooks for outbound sales and customer success
- Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to build trust and long-term partnerships
- Provide regular performance updates to the leadership team, ensuring alignment with company goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the wastewater, construction or infrastructure sectors
- Familiarity with usage-based business models
