Summary
Join ThinkCERCA, a leader in literacy education, as the Regional Director of District Partnerships for Florida. This key role involves driving enterprise sales partnerships and executing solution-based selling strategies aligned with Florida's state curriculum adoption. You will lead outreach and relationship development with school and district leaders across the state, maximizing partnership growth and developing opportunities to support Florida districts seeking Core English Language Arts curriculum. The position requires a consultative approach, understanding Florida's unique needs and aligning ThinkCERCA's solution to them. You will also collaborate with the Regional Success Manager and manage all aspects of the adoption. This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a principal, district leader, or in a senior role supporting Florida ELA curriculum adoption for another publisher
- Must reside in Florida or have deep familiarity with the Florida K-12 educational landscape
- Deep understanding of Florida’s Benchmarks for Excellent Student Thinking (B.E.S.T.) Standards
- Proven success in consultative sales or partnership development with K-12 districts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in presenting to district-level audiences
- Analytical and pragmatic problem-solving abilities
- Experience working remotely and independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales partnerships and execute solution-based selling strategies aligned with Florida’s state curriculum adoption
- Lead outreach and relationship development with school and district leaders across the state
- Maximize partnership growth in Florida
- Develop and win opportunities to support Florida districts seeking Core English Language Arts curriculum during the 2025-2026 Adoption cycle and continue to grow the supplemental literacy across disciplines partnerships
- Lead sales strategy and partnership growth for Florida during the Core Curriculum adoption
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Florida district leaders
- Take a consultative approach—understand Florida’s unique needs and align ThinkCERCA’s solution to them
- Provide strategic recommendations on Florida Core ELA solutions to school and district leadership
- Collaborate with the Regional Success Manager to support and develop regional customer success team members
- Set and manage meetings with Florida school and district stakeholders
- Qualify new prospects; analyze opportunity size; maintain and track data in our CRM for the Florida region
- Continuously optimize outreach and sales cycle strategies for Florida Core Curriculum adoption
- Develop and deepen school and district contacts throughout the sales lifecycle
- Maintain complete and accurate CRM documentation for all activities
- Conduct daily outreach through customized emails and strategic calls to Florida-based leads
- Manage all aspects of the adoption
