Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise B2B sales teams, ideally in a transaction-based service environment
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management and sales operations
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience selling to law firms, businesses, government entities, and through partnerships
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sales reps
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progress toward revenue goals
  • Optimize the use of sales tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms) to drive productivity and insights
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments to align on go-to-market strategies and customer engagement
  • Lead a team effectively in a digital-first environment, leveraging collaboration tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, training, and support to ensure continuous improvement
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and contribute to product and service enhancements
