- Motivate, coach, and mentor sales representatives to maximize their performance, productivity, and professional development
- Set and achieve targets and implement effective sales strategies
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service, promptly addresses client concerns, and fosters long-term relationships built on trust and transparency
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
- Uphold high ethical standards and ensure that sales practices are fair, transparent, and compliant with regulations
- Create and Foster an open communication environment for your team
- Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Performs other related duties as assigned
