Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, and mentor sales representatives to maximize their performance, productivity, and professional development
• Set and achieve targets and implement effective sales strategies
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
• Ensure the sales team provides excellent customer service, promptly addresses client concerns, and fosters long-term relationships built on trust and transparency
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed
• Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
• Uphold high ethical standards and ensure that sales practices are fair, transparent, and compliant with regulations
• Create and Foster an open communication environment for your team
• Liaise with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Performs other related duties as assigned
