Summary

Join Booksy's global team as a Sales Manager (New Acquisition) and lead a team of Team Leaders to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, analyze market trends, identify new market opportunities, and track sales performance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, including recruitment, training, and mentoring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced level of English proficiency (B2/C1)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with company revenue goals
  • Define target markets, set ambitious yet achievable quotas, and outline sales strategies
  • Own the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Identify untapped market segments and emerging opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Identify and develop new markets for Booksy's products and services
  • Explore new geographic regions, target different customer demographics, or identify innovative ways to monetize existing offerings
  • Closely monitor key sales metrics like conversion rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost
  • Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights into sales performance
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions in sales strategies
  • Lead and inspire a team of Team Leaders and sales representatives
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to help team members reach their full potential
  • Foster a high-performing culture where everyone is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide constructive feedback

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working with marketing teams to develop campaigns
