Summary

The job is for a Sales Manager position in the Benelux region, focusing on selling Meptik Systems Integration services and executing a sales strategy. The role requires at least 5 years' experience in Sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work at the C-level with customers.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of direct sales and reselling networks in previously sales roles
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in managed regions

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategy that focuses on acquiring and retaining clients in our Virtual Production, Immersive Experience and Corporate verticals across the EMEA region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organisations, establishing trust and credibility and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth
  • Work to individual and team targets, as well as focused KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, inside sales, and finance to ensure programs align with company goals and objectives
  • Produce accurate forecasts for sales of products and services monthly
  • Balance outbound prospecting for new business with key account management of existing clients
  • Identifying new opportunities for revenue generation, and effectively leveraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Working with our direct partner network to increase disguise’s presence in Benelux
  • Track and follow up on all sales leads generated from all sources for the territory
  • Organise demos and technical pre-sales and post-sales activity using the Technical Solutions team
  • Work with the Sales Admin to process quotes, orders, invoicing and delivery of goods to customers
  • Manage expense budgets to control expenditures
  • Work with the VP Sales EMEA to plan, resolve issues and ensure good communication across the team
  • Work with the marketing team & HOD to generate interest and knowledge of the brand across the Benelux
  • Maintain a “customer champion” outlook

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling hardware and/or software solutions into the AV industries but we will consider anyone with strong sales experience
