Summary
Join DuploCloud's rapidly expanding sales team as a Sales Manager! Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 Account Executives, driving revenue and productivity. This player-coach role requires strategic leadership, hands-on coaching, and collaboration with marketing. You will design scalable team structures, analyze data to improve sales processes, and actively participate in closing significant deals. The ideal candidate possesses extensive SaaS sales leadership experience, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, and expertise in complex B2B sales. Requirements
- Experience leading a department of sales teams in a SaaS or technology sales environment
- Track record of consistently achieving quota and strategic objectives
- Experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles with C-level decision makers
- Have sold a product with an emerging branding and/or category
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of approximately 6-8 Account Executives (AEs)
- Steer the strategic direction of your team
- Cultivate a culture that prioritizes success and surpasses both revenue and productivity goals
- Articulate and implement clear expectations for revenue-focused activities and pipeline strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance in-market events and lead generation efforts
- Design and establish a scalable structure for the Commercial Sales team
- Coach teams on various aspects of sales, including strategies, pipeline management, opportunity handling, and career planning
- Proactively analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements across forecasts, call volumes, and individual pipelines
- Be a hands-on leader who is actively participating in the sales cycle, especially in bringing in senior leaders and strategic support for significant deals
