Join us and help build our next phase of growth across the DACH region as a Sales Manager. Reporting to the Sales Director DACH, you will establish and drive success, building and managing a team of Account Executives. Responsibilities include training and coaching the team, supporting key deals, forecasting performance, collaborating with stakeholders, and planning regional growth. Requirements
- Be a successful sales leader with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience, with the ability to lead and grow a sales team, fostering a positive, results-driven environment
- Have extensive experience in sales, preferably within the region, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Understand the industry in which EYE Security operates, and the unique challenges and opportunities within the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) region
- Be able to develop and implement robust sales strategies that drive growth and increase market share
- Have a strong network of relationships within the industry and the ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including potential partners/resellers
- Be experienced with MEDDIC/MEDDPIC or similar sales/qualification methodology
- Be able to understand cultural nuances and business practices within the DACH region
- Thrive in a very fast-paced environment and relish scaling our business
- Be proficient in German and English language which is crucial given the geographical areas of responsibility
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse team of Account Executives in your region
- Train new Account Executives and coach them on best practices in selling EYE Security
- Support the team in coaching and executing key deals via onsite (when viable) and remote engagement with customers
- Use the core metrics of deals and use them to forecast performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure field marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and sales engineering are allocated appropriately for success
- Plan and communicate the path for growth per your region both in a formal annual planning capacity, and on an on-going basis
