Sales Manager

Summary

Join Fundraise Up as a dynamic SMB Sales Manager, leading a team of Account Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets. You will collaborate with various internal teams to build a best-in-class SMB playbook and foster a positive, inclusive team culture. This remote North American role requires experience leading quota-carrying SMB teams and successfully onboarding new sales talent. Requirements

• 2+ years experience leading a quota carrying SMB team with an average ACV of $15,000
• A track record of leading a team of sellers to quota attainment consistently
• A track record of quickly and successfully ramping new-to-sales Account Executive talent

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the VP Sales to build a best-in-class SMB playbook that results in +80% team quota attainment month over month, quarter over quarter, annually
• Work collaboratively with internal partners in Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Sales
• Make Sales feel delightful to prospective customers
• Prioritize an inclusive and engaging culture as the foundation for exceptional business outcomes
• Lead by example and get in the trenches when necessary. Pick up the phone when necessary, craft emails when necessary, help where and when help is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology or SaaS sales, ideally in Fundraising Technology
• Knowledge of SMB market dynamics
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools
• Experience with remote team management
