Summary

You will lead and mentor a team of Brand Consultants and reactivation Account Managers, driving revenue and expanding sales. This remote position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in promotional products sales, and 3+ years managing sales teams. Proven sales experience, strong client negotiation skills, and proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Facilis, and CommonSku are essential. A competitive base hourly rate plus an annual bonus based on company goals is offered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years Promotional Products Industry sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a Sales Team with demonstrated results of consistently meeting and exceeding sales performance targets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a Team towards desired results
  • Extensive knowledge of how promotional products are utilized
  • Promotional Industry experience is required
  • Proven / demonstrated sales experience developing and growing accounts
  • The ability to utilize data analytics and reporting to develop performance assumptions
  • Exceptional Client negotiation skills
  • Salesforce
  • Microsoft 365
  • Facilis
  • CommonSku
  • Minimum of i3, 8GB Ram, Own Device (not shared)
  • Minimum of 30mbps internet wired speed
  • Conducive and quiet WFH set up

Responsibilities

  • Help companies scale and brand their business through promotional products, apparel and showcase their brand through online stores
  • Provide distributor expertise to drive revenue
  • Direct responsibility for a team of 6 Brand Consultants
  • Direct responsibility for a team of reactivation Account Managers abroad
  • Expand sales growth by advancing sales department performance
  • Maximize sales opportunities by increasing the performance of sales team
  • Mentor and support collaborative sales team
  • Lead high-level conversations with clients to assist in closing deals
  • Introduce promotions and incentives to staff
