Summary

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in chemistry for our expanding European team. The role is remote based anywhere in Germany and involves promoting products, developing relationships with key customers, conducting market analysis, and traveling up to 10+ days per month. Key requirements include a Bachelor's degree or higher, minimum 10 years of sales experience in the chemical industry, strong chemistry background, fluent English, proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite, and willingness to travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the chemical industry
• Strong chemistry background
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
• Experience covering multiple countries/regions in sales roles
• History of working with a wide range of end customers
• Willingness to travel (10+ days per month)
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's products to various industries
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors
• Conduct market analysis and research to expand the presence in the European market
• Assist in formulating distributor cooperation strategies
• Regular travel (up to 10+ days per month) to visit clients across Europe
