Summary
Join Kojo Technologies as a Sales Manager and lead a team of Account Executives, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and strategic sales initiatives. This role offers a competitive salary between $180,000 and $220,000 (USD/CAD), depending on experience and location. Kojo offers a 100% remote work environment across North and South America and a comprehensive benefits package, including equity grants for new hires.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role
- Results-Oriented: You thrive in a performance-driven environment and have a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop talent to ensure a high performing sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to target key markets and industries
- Monitor sales team performance and track key metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth sales cycles and customer satisfaction
- Represent Kojo Technologies at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
