Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, sales management, and or business development coaching
- Strong ability to motivate, mentor, and develop sales teams
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and optimize processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strategic thinker who enjoys problem-solving and driving growth through people
- Proficient level in English language
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive sales success
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and team efficiency
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and expertise of your team
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the sales process
- Support pipeline management by helping BDMs navigate complex deals and key client relationships
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and results-driven team culture
- Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder your teamβs ability to close deals
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, industry best practices and present plans accordingly
Preferred Qualifications
Ideally and potentially fundamental a background in B2B sales, technology & gaming
