Summary
Join PartsBase Inc., the world's largest online Aviation Marketplace, as a sales leader. You will create and maintain a high-performance sales team, exceeding sales targets by building customer relationships. Lead and drive team and individual performance, serving as a player/coach in a virtual environment. Demonstrate sales and sales management expertise, training the team to enhance skills. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with organizational goals. Support team members' pipeline review and identify business opportunities. Contribute significantly to revenue, culture, and brand ambassadorship. Support hiring and onboarding of new talent. This is a fully remote position offering a competitive salary of $120-130k annually, initially as an AE until a management role opens.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent field sales work experience
- Minimum of 5 years with proven track record of success in B2B SaaS industry
- Minimum 3+ yearsβ experience of B2B sales leadership in SaaS industry
- Hunter mentality with experience cold calling and lead generation
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite β specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced skills using CRM technology platforms
- Working knowledge of social selling mediums
- Proficient with virtual meeting platforms
- Proficient with conversational intelligence platforms
Responsibilities
- Create & maintain a high-performance sales team
- Lead and drive the development of team and individual performance
- Collaborative leader who serves as a player/coach to help a geographically distributed team consistently meet goals in a virtual environment
- Meet and exceed sales targets by building customer relationships & effectively communicating with customers and team members
- Demonstrate expertise and mastery in sales and sales management function by training to strengthen and increase industry, product, leadership, and sales skills
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan for the team that aligns to organizational goals
- Support strategizing team membersβ pipeline review, account plans, identify opportunities for increased business & efficiency
- Prominent contributing member of the Sales team in revenue, culture, and as a brand ambassador
- Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new talent
Preferred Qualifications
MBA strongly preferred
