Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales, Account Manager or relevant similar role
  • Strong track record in growing and expanding new and existing customer accounts
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including at executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with a CRM software (required) such as Hubspot or Salesforce (desirable)
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly organised and ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to travel & driving licence with access to a car

Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact and pitch to prospective new businesses through a range of BD activities including networking, local canvassing and cold-calling
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the customer needs and objectives
  • Prepare sales reports and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers and identify areas of improvement
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities nationally
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
  • Continually look to improve the entire customer experience by liaising with cross-functional internal and external teams (Marketing, Tech, Operations, Acquisitions and Customer Support)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Confident in approaching and securing new business opportunities remotely and face to face
  • Logistics or Software Account Management experience (desirable)

οΏ½οΏ½40,000-90,000 OTE plus option for car allowance
