Requirements
- 7-10 years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in innovative technologies or strategy-related solutions
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets through new business acquisition
- Exceptional prospecting skills with an ability to secure meetings with C-level executives
- Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate how AI can impact strategic business outcomes
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in the ambiguity of a category-creation phase
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to broad GTM initiatives
Responsibilities
- Spearhead market penetration efforts
- Identify and engage high-potential target accounts across industries
- Develop innovative outreach strategies to secure meetings with C-suite and other executive-level decision-makers
- Articulate our unique value proposition, educating the market on how our AI solutions transform strategy management and execution
- Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and multi-channel outreach
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to C-Suite prospects that demonstrate how our solutions drive better strategic outcomes
- Manage the full sales cycle, adapting your approach to the unique challenges of selling an innovative strategy management solution
- Mentor and coach AEs and BDRs on the team
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor our messaging and solution to meet each prospect's specific strategic needs
- Establish trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor
- Gather and analyze market feedback to inform our category creation efforts and product strategy in the strategy management space
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in successfully launching new products or entering new markets
- Familiarity with strategy management concepts and their practical applications in business
- History of success in an early-stage startup environment
