Summary
Join Percona as an Enterprise Sales Manager and find new opportunities within high annual revenue accounts. This field sales role requires a successful track record in technology sales within large enterprise accounts, a hunter's mentality, intellectual curiosity, solution sales orientation, initiative, persuasiveness, executive-level relationship building skills, comfort with travel, impeccable English skills, understanding of database technologies, experience selling to Global 2000 companies, proven track record in achievement of quotas, and at least 5 years of experience in technology sales.
Requirements
- Successful track record in technology sales within large enterprise accounts
- Hunter's mentality - big deals endlessly excite you
- Implement a sales process and methodology
- Intellectually curious and self-driven to learn
- Solution sales oriented and aligned to your customer's business initiatives
- Take initiative and have a natural sense of urgency
- Can be persuasive and speak with conviction
- Successful relationships with C-level executives
- Enjoy collaboration and problem-solving
- Happy to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients. Ideally located close to a major airport
- Impeccable English skills, both verbal and written
- Experience of selling to Global 2000 companies
- Proven track record in achievement of quotas
- Naturally ambitious and loves closing new business
- Comfortable with travel and customer-facing opportunities
- Leadership and mentoring with peers and team
Responsibilities
Find new opportunities, negotiate, and close deals within high annual revenue accounts
