Responsibilities

  • Actively lead and motivate Soligent’s Sales team members through consistent training, coaching, and development
  • Drive sustainable growth through establishing structure and accountability through daily sales team activities, leading to increased revenue and margin
  • Generate and develop new business to meet specified Sales objectives
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships through customer engagement and driving effective relationship-building strategies within your Sales team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Soligent to support and drive Sales activities
  • Guide the team to increase customer engagement by maintaining a sound understanding company products, services, policies and procedures and communicating information to new and existing customers
  • Support bottoms-up Sales forecast by Sales Rep to drive superior results
  • Support the development of Sales strategy incorporating information on competition and prevalent industry and business
  • Support growth initiatives through active participation in employee recruitment, onboarding, and development
  • Attend, participate, and lead discussions in strategic Sales meetings, business/trade events, and other events that impact Sales and Soligent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP/DRP systems, preferably NetSuite
