Join The Credit Pros as a Remote Sales Manager and lead a team of 15-20 inside sales agents in achieving revenue growth objectives. This 100% remote, full-time position reports to the Director of Sales and involves managing team KPIs, motivating agents, managing a weekly budget, recruiting, providing coaching and training, reporting performance metrics, and handling administrative tasks like payroll and PTO approvals. The ideal candidate possesses 2-3 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams in the credit industry, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing needs. Responsibilities
- Take complete responsibility of the teamβs sales target and lead them successfully achieving them
- Manage a team of 15 to 20 remote inside sales agents
- Manage overall team and individual agentβs KPIs with a closing mindset
- Motivating agents to perform better and go beyond minimum expectations
- Managing a weekly budget for team building and agent motivating activities
- Interviewing and recruiting sales agents to manage their team size
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members by reviewing call quality, administering training and coaching sessions, 1:1 check-ins and team huddles
- Reporting performance and metrics to management and working alongside them to better execution and achievement
- Perform agent management and administration tasks including payroll, approving paid time off (PTO) and attendance
- Follow, create, update and recommend changes in processes and procedures for increased efficiency and effectiveness
Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000/year+ commission
- On Target Earning Potential: $70,000 with the possibility of earning up to $90,000/yr
