Summary

Join Experian as a Sales Operations Analyst and leverage your analytical skills to enhance sales team effectiveness. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions), SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, or a similar tool)
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and experience balancing multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to monitor goals, sales metrics, and team performance
  • Evaluate current sales processes and workflows. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Support Sales organization in maintaining accuracy from deal closure to final billing
  • Assist in the administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Work with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure understanding and support for sales plans
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on tools, and best practices to enhance performance
