Summary

Join Artera as a Sales Operations Intern to collect, validate, and organize sales information for our sales team. This role involves conducting lead research, increasing sales team's efficiency through rapid acquisition and enhancement of lead lists, collaborating with multiple teams on internal research projects, and working independently with great attention to detail.

Requirements

  • You're looking for a career in Revenue / Sales Operations, Sales, Business Admin, or Analytics
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheet skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Process oriented
  • Strong independent worker
  • Proactive problem solver; always looking for areas for efficiency and improvements
  • Available to work 15-25 hours per week in our downtown Santa Barbara office
  • Able to commit to this internship for 3-6 months

Responsibilities

  • Conduct lead research via LinkedIn, Salesforce, ZoomInfo and use Excel / Google Sheets to clean and prepare prospect data for the sales team to utilize
  • Increase sales team’s efficiency through rapid acquisition and enhancement of lead lists
  • Collaborate with multiple teams on internal research projects that facilitate growth within the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience or similar CRM experience
  • Startup experience
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Previous research experience
