Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales operations, preferably within the healthcare technology industry

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine and maintain end-to-end sales processes that align with our business goals and target market
  • Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM system
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing training plans for sales personnel
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize bookings and customer expansion and drive revenue growth
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and track progress toward sales targets
  • Participate in the coordination and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from potential clients
  • Collaborate with Senior leadership to align Sales Operations with overall company objectives
  • Document and maintain Sales processes, workflows, and procedures
  • Generate regular sales reports and analyze key performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Management of one or more direct reports in analyst-type role or experience managing consultants/ contractors/ interns on short-term assignments
  • Experience building out knowledge database systems such as Responsive/ RFPio
  • Experience working with or selling to large academic medical centers and health system accounts
