Summary
The Manager, Sales Operations at CodaMetrix will be responsible for developing, refining, and maintaining end-to-end sales processes, administering and optimizing the Salesforce CRM system, identifying sales trends, supporting onboarding and training of sales personnel, and generating regular sales reports. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a healthcare-related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales operations, preferably within the healthcare technology industry
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine and maintain end-to-end sales processes that align with our business goals and target market
- Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM system
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training plans for sales personnel
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize bookings and customer expansion and drive revenue growth
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and track progress toward sales targets
- Participate in the coordination and response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from potential clients
- Collaborate with Senior leadership to align Sales Operations with overall company objectives
- Document and maintain Sales processes, workflows, and procedures
- Generate regular sales reports and analyze key performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Management of one or more direct reports in analyst-type role or experience managing consultants/ contractors/ interns on short-term assignments
- Experience building out knowledge database systems such as Responsive/ RFPio
- Experience working with or selling to large academic medical centers and health system accounts
