Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or revenue management within hospitality, real estate, or a high-growth startup
  • Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred), with experience in lead management and automation workflows
  • Familiarity with AI tools for sales automation, call tracking, and predictive analytics
  • Experience with data scraping tools (MLS, Airbnb, Zillow, Redfin, etc.) to drive lead generation
  • Proven ability to develop and implement structured sales cadences
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize KPIs for sales teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and be proactive in seeking out new opportunities
  • Familiarity with the Bend/Sunriver market and a willingness to travel within the area as needed
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
  • Comfort working in a startup environment with the empowerment to make decisions

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire sales funnel, ensuring leads are properly tracked, nurtured, and converted through HubSpot CRM
  • Optimize lead generation tactics, including MLS data scraping, AI-driven lead scoring, and referral program tracking
  • Ensure BDRs follow structured outreach cadences (calls, emails, SMS, direct mail, ringless voicemails)
  • Implement and monitor activity-based KPIs (e.g., calls per day, meetings booked, contracts signed)
  • Manage real-time reporting dashboards to track sales performance, speed-to-lead, and conversion rates
  • Build and track referral partnerships with realtors, mortgage brokers, and insurance providers
  • Oversee co-branded marketing initiatives that provide realtors with revenue projections and homeowner insights
  • Manage guest-to-owner upsell programs, leveraging Portoroโ€™s 50,000+ annual guest database to generate new homeowner leads
  • Evaluate cost per lead (CPL) and cost per win (CPW) across all marketing and sales channels
  • Conduct competitive analysis, identifying underperforming competitor properties for targeted outreach
  • Monitor lead scoring and sales pipeline health using AI-driven analytics in HubSpot
  • Ensure ROI tracking on outbound and inbound prospecting efforts (SEO, paid ads, content marketing, social)
