Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a contact center environment and in a business enablement support role (Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Business Analytics, Quality and Training)
  • Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients, and public
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with process engineering to positively impact the bottom line
  • Demonstrated experience as a change champion and strong people leader
  • Strong understanding of organizational development, policy development, and people practices
  • Ability to think critically and apply rigor yet move with the pace of a high growth organization
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of retail and corporate management
  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely and effective manner

Responsibilities

  • Report and collaborate with the Director of Sales in successful execution of a high performing sales floor
  • Lead and manage a floor of 8 to 10 Sales Managers focused on selling credit repair and debt solutions
  • Coaches and mentors Sales Managers through constant communication, standups, 1:1s and understand their issues and collaborate with Management for solutioning
  • Establishes, monitors, and maintains current and future operational policies and procedures (SOPs), performance measures, metrics and production control processes
  • Provides leadership for area of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting
  • Monitors each team’s sales performance, works with employees to implement goals and document progress, approves incentive compensation calculations, and works with HR Office on employee related issues
  • Directs resources in a cost-effective, innovative manner including assisting Sales Managers in effective use of resources and tools
  • Participates in establishing financial goals, objectives, and measurements to meet growth targets
  • Develops sales plans, goals, strategies, and objectives to achieve team goals and revenue objectives
