Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing sales processes using Salesforce CRM
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Revenue Orchestration tools
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to balance multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop, standardize, and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and predictability
  • Manage the sales pipeline and workflow, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to deliver accurate sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with revenue leaders to plan and allocate resources effectively
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve sales efficiency
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process using data-driven insights
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to design and implement training programs that elevate the sales team’s skills and knowledge
  • Support onboarding for new sales hires, equipping them with the tools and insights needed for success
  • Work closely with marketing teams to define outreach strategies and implement lead management processes
  • Design, align, and optimize territory assignments for sales teams to maximize market coverage
  • Map customer data to identify underperforming areas and opportunities for growth
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve inconsistencies
  • Provide training and support to ensure best practices in CRM usage and data entry

Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
