Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field, with a focus on quoting, billing, or revenue operations
  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to process accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and other reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain quoting and billing documentation to ensure clear and consistent processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the quoting and billing cycle, working to increase efficiency and accuracy with our Systems team
  • Support the implementation and use of automated tools to streamline quoting and billing workflows
  • Act as a key resource for auditing/confirming the correct and final closure of a subset of executed quotes
  • Help resolve escalated issues and support teams in ensuring a seamless support experience
  • Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs and create customized quotes when needed
  • Act as an approver within the approval process, ensuring nuanced quotes have been built properly
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to address any quoting challenges or discrepancies
  • Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering) regarding quoting and billing questions, issues, or needed adjustments
  • Assist our Sales Acceleration team in training Sales teams on quoting tools, pricing guidelines, and billing procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems and billing platforms
  • Knowledge of sales operations workflows and an understanding of the quote-to-cash process
