Summary

Join our client's Business Development team as a Sales Operations Specialist and contribute to revenue growth. Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in a junior sales, account management, or business development support role
  • Skilled in formatting, designing decks, and creating sales and proposal materials using tools like Canva
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is highly advantageous)
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar, Docs, and Slides
  • Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Resourceful and self-directed, thriving in a fully remote environment
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong presentation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Craft persuasive proposals tailored to specific customer needs and preferences, addressing pain points and demonstrating value propositions
  • Assist with drafting initial contracts, coordinating signatures via DocuSign, and submitting finalized agreements to the Operations Department
  • Design professional, visually appealing sales materials (e.g., sales decks, proposals, creative materials) using Canva or similar tools, showcasing exceptional attention to detail
  • Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and analyze data for trends and improvement opportunities
  • Oversee coordination with in-house teams, ensuring smooth project execution and effective client communication
  • Support the Business Development team with prospecting, creative lead generation, and managing outbound sales agencies to ensure campaigns are effective and timely
  • Assist in building and nurturing relationships with clients, collaborating closely with Production and Marketing teams post-sale for seamless customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-signature tools like DocuSign
  • Familiarity with proposal software such as PandaDoc
  • AirTable knowledge is a bonus
