Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with day-to-day questions and requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries via text messages, WhatsApp and email, offering exceptional customer service and assistance with enrollments when needed
  • Handle incoming customer calls, addressing questions and concerns effectively
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and other databases, providing regular checks for the sales team
  • Stay updated on new course offerings to better assist the team and customers
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support the team and ensure smooth workflows
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Preparing materials for the new course launches
  • Constantly improving processes for the sales team offering optimizations/automatizations to ensure effective performance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a CRM system is preferred
