Requirements

  • Native Portuguese, advanced in English
  • Strategic leadership in project management: Planning and scheduling, Budgeting and Cost Control
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly structured: can breakdown very complex problems into manageable, less complex, pieces and work on them
  • Excellent problem solving abilities and is able to drive insight from data

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify problems, and provide constructive solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Operations team and provide actionable insights and drive leverage development to achieve initially two key objectives: (i) improving supply conversion (P2L) and (ii) increasing the First Listings volume
  • Be responsible for the Sales Ops team, with direct reports from 4 leadership roles and teams: (1) Planning and Capacity; (2) Inside Sales Operational Improvement; (3) Sales Secretary Operational Improvement; (4) WFM (Workforce Management)
  • Play a fundamental and cross-business role in strategically leveraging operations areas to deliver volume results
  • Insight Generation: Conduct ad-hoc deep dives that do not fit into the day-to-day team's scopes and generate the necessary insights for decision making. Identify, pursue, and execute growth opportunities in the local market
  • Business Decision-Making: Bring the business perspective on workstream challenges
  • Reporting and Communication: Create and deliver comprehensive executive updates; studies, reports, and metrics
  • Operation governance: Consolidate actions updated track, KRs and Health metrics weekly report and when necessary, facilitate discussions and solutions to roadblocks or metrics below target
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver top of class operations. Prioritize and execute action plans that will really move the needle
  • Management: Leadership and team management abilities, including effective delegation and motivation
