Summary

As an SPS Representative, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop new accounts for DocCafe, proactively generating new business and exceeding sales goals while providing exceptional client service. This role involves outbound cold calling, identifying decision-makers, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to drive opportunities through the sales pipeline. You will continuously generate quality leads and cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients. Continuous improvement and career advancement are encouraged. The compensation includes an hourly rate of $28.85 to $33.65, translating to an annual salary of $60,000 to $70,000, plus commissions and potential bonuses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
  • 1 year experience in business development and/or customer relations preferred
  • Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven success in a metrics driven environment
  • Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
  • Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce DocCafe’s recruitment platform and uncover potential business opportunities
  • Identify decision-makers and schedule product demonstrations with qualified leads to showcase the platform’s capabilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up after demos, driving opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Continuously generate quality client leads using high volume calls, emails, and research
  • Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients that result in new contracts
  • Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement. Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals

Benefits

  • Compensation : Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $28.85 to $33.65 hourly, which equates to $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus commissions
  • Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion
