Sales Phone Agent

Summary

Join our team as a remote sales representative! This seasonal position (February-September) offers a chance to transition into a long-term role based on performance. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, providing lawn care service estimates and booking customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to meet sales targets. • Have a computer, laptop or desktop with a camera (8GB RAM, Corei5 Processor) with a noise-canceling headset
• Have a consistent power source and reliable internet connection (25 Mbps, with a backup connection of 10 Mbps) in a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Be willing to work US hours and weekends and be amenable to working in rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (warm calls)
• Take around 200 calls a week, with most sales calls lasting 6 to 15 minutes
• Work during the hours of operation: 7a-12a CST M-F, and 8a-10p CST Sat-Sun, for 8 hours per day, up to 5 days a week (40 hours)
• Explain the company (lawn care services platform), its services (matching lawn care professionals with homeowners), provide job estimates, and successfully book and upsell customers for recurring services
• Connect with US-based customers, close sales over the phone, overcome objections, and utilize upselling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry
• Have prior experience using CRM and VoIP software
• Use PLDT (#1) or Converge (#2) as internet providers
• Have backup power and internet supplies to ensure you are able to complete your full shift

Benefits

• Base Pay: $5/hour
• Performance-Based Commission: Earn an additional $1 to $4 per hour, based on your sales success
