Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales coordination or process management role, preferably as a team leader
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising between multiple departments
• Proficient in CRM and ERP software, with strong overall computer skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of all sales orders, from initial receipt from the sales team to final handover to operations, ensuring all orders are accurate and meet company standards
• Serve a team member between sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth transitions of client deals and clear communication across departments
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to reduce errors and optimise the accuracy of order details
• Quickly address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the sales process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
