Senior Sales Recruiter

Join Everbridge, a leading provider of critical event management and enterprise safety solutions, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. This remote role, based in the Pacific or Mountain time zone, is a 6-month contract focused on recruiting top-tier B2B SaaS sales professionals to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver exceptional candidates in a competitive market. This high-impact, fast-paced role requires a recruitment expert with deep experience in B2B SaaS sales hiring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruiting B2B SaaS sales professionals
• Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume sales roles in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, sales roles, and the skills required for success in enterprise software sales
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other advanced recruitment tools
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Lever

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles
• Collaborate with sales hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles
• Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.) to source and engage top B2B SaaS sales talent
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and a streamlined interview process
• Provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies to attract top talent
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal and state employment laws and Everbridge’s internal policies
