Join our team as a Sales Recruiter for a tech start-up client! This remote, six-month contract position requires 3+ years of sales recruiting experience in both agency and in-house settings. Requirements
- Have 3+ years of sales recruiting experience
- Have experience working at agency and in-house
- Have experience working for a start-up or well known tech company
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Have a deep understanding of SaaS and B2B enterprise sales
- Have familiarity with global go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales enablement, and account-based selling
- Have recruited for roles such as: Account Executives who handle average deal size of 500k+
- Have proven success in high-volume recruiting for GTM roles at startups or scaling businesses
- Have strong sourcing skills for competitive markets, targeting diverse talent pools
- Be effective at building partnerships with hiring managers to identify the right talent profiles
