Requirements

  • Proven ability to recruit for high-volume and specialized sales roles, managing competing priorities with efficiency and professionalism
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics, quotas, and commission structures to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform hiring strategies and achieve measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal business stakeholders
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on providing quality customer service
  • Adept at managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Familiarity with current sales recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
  • Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment for a high volume of sales roles, including business development representatives (BDRs), account executives (AEs), and sales leadership positions
  • Evaluate resumes and credentials for alignment with sales expertise, quota achievements, and relevant industry experience
  • Utilize Boolean searches, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and other sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive sales candidates
  • Implement sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and ensure inclusive representation in hiring efforts
  • Conduct initial screenings, assess candidatesโ€™ fit for sales roles, and maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed role insights, expectations, and company culture highlights
  • Gather and synthesize post-interview feedback from hiring managers and candidates to streamline decision-making
  • Advise hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and present offers to candidates
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by fostering clear, timely communication and acting as a representative of Level Accessโ€™ culture and values
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with leadership to understand sales hiring needs, talent gaps, and workforce planning initiatives
