Sales Recruiter

Summary

Join Snap! Mobile, Inc., a company supporting athletic and activity programs, as a contract sales recruiter. This immediate-start position involves scheduling and conducting candidate interviews, performing outreach, reviewing applications, and managing communication. You will assess candidates and build partnerships with hiring managers. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of recruitment experience, specifically with outside sales representatives, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. Compensation is $25-$30 per hour, with an estimated 30-40 hours per week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting outside sales representatives
• Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers
• Energetic and results-driven
• Able to positively represent the Company’s brand through your interview presence
• Problem solver, not a problem dodger

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews with candidates
• Perform outreach to potential candidates on behalf of the company

• Complete candidate assessments
• Conduct interviews via phone calls
