Requirements

• 2-3 years of non-technical recruitment sourcing experience, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing skills, and expertise with Boolean
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated

• Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
