Requirements

  • Familiarity with saunas, cold plunges, or general wellness products
  • Proven experience in high-ticket B2C sales, with a strong consultative selling approach
  • Ability to discuss technical details (e.g., electrical system specifications for saunas) without intimidation
  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency; ability to build rapport and educate customers effectively
  • Competitive and results-driven, thrives on sales energy
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential weekend shifts
  • Comfort working with Chatra (live chat), Open Phone (calls & texting), Gmail (email correspondence)
  • Comfort working with Google Sheets (performance tracking, lead management)
  • Stable internet connection with a minimum speed requirement
  • A reliable computer with updated software for seamless communication and workflow
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues related to communication tools and customer interactions
  • General understanding of CRM functionality

Responsibilities

  • Educate potential customers on saunas, cold plunges, and related wellness products, ensuring a seamless and informative buying experience
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to build relationships and provide tailored solutions
  • Communicate effectively via live chat (Chatra), phone calls/texting (Open Phone), and email (Gmail)
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using simple tracking systems (Google Sheets; potential for CRM in the future)
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize the sales process and contribute to the long-term success of the business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify (creating draft orders and processing payments over the phone)
  • Experience with a CRM
