Remote Sales Representative

Summary

Join Outliant, a fully-remote digital product development and startup consulting company, as a full-time remote Sales Representative. Conduct initial consultation calls with inbound leads, qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, and collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong phone and Google Meet presence
• Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients
• Strong listening and questioning skills to uncover client needs
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales
• Great with prospecting, research, and preparation
• Good time management and analytical skills
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• A personal computer with stable internet

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultation calls with inbound leads to understand their business needs and goals
• Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate client needs to the sales team
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through diligent follow-up and relationship building
• Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to manage and track leads, activities, and sales pipelines
• Do outreach to both inbound and cold leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
