Summary

The job is for a full-time remote Sales Representative at Outliant, a fully-remote digital product development and startup consulting company. The role involves taking inbound sales calls, conducting outreach, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong phone and Google Meet presence
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients
  • Strong listening and questioning skills to uncover client needs
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales
  • Great with prospecting, research, and preparation
  • Good time management and analytical skills
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • A personal computer with stable internet

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultation calls with inbound leads to understand their business needs and goals
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate client needs to the sales team
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through diligent follow-up and relationship building
  • Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to manage and track leads, activities, and sales pipelines
  • Do outreach to both inbound and cold leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Junior-Mid level sales experience
  • Experience in the website/software design and development industry
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, such as advertising and SEO
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Reply.io , Clay)
