Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure-related industries
- A proven track record of closing deals worth $25K or more and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience running product demos and ROI-based sales presentations
- The ability to self-source leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive outbound efforts proactively
- Strong adaptability and coachability, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct calls
- Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs
- Manage and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-ups
- Run tailored product demos to decision-makers and explain the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers for onboarding
- Self-source six or more $25K+ opportunities per month and maintain a strong pipeline
- Document all sales activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimize tracking and forecasting
- Adapt quickly to feedback, continuously improving messaging, and staying up to date with industry trends
