Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in live events, hospitality, or a related industry
- Strong track record of prospecting, lead qualification, and closing high-value deals
- Experience managing the entire sales process independently
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with advanced English proficiency
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) for managing sales pipelines and reporting
- Reliable headset and phone for professional communication
- Comfortable using a HubSpot-assigned phone number for client calls
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying clients
- Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead qualification to quoting and closing—while delivering a high-quality experience
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with brand values
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine effective sales strategies, driving higher engagement and company growth
- Own the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous strategy improvement
- Transition into a leadership role, becoming the sole owner of the sales process, with opportunities to move into a commission-based structure based on performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Basecamp is a nice-to-have
- Background or strong interest in the events and hospitality industry is strongly preferred
- Digital marketing experience is a plus, but not required
