Summary

Join a growing health and wellness company as a Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of B2C sales experience, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM systems. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2C full-cycle sales or business development, preferably in the health and wellness sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
  • Experience using GHL or similar CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines
  • Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated to meet and exceed sales and appointment-setting targets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple opportunities concurrently
  • Ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and guide them professionally through the sales process

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email follow-ups, and leveraging warm inbound leads. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads to understand their needs and readiness, qualifying them effectively to prioritize sales efforts
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, handle objections, and tailor conversations to meet client requirements
  • Deal Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals. Drive revenue while maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Pipeline Management: Use GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms for accurate lead tracking, pipeline updates, and sales forecasting
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery, providing client feedback to improve offerings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistently expanding the sales pipeline with qualified leads through effective outreach and prospecting
  • Successfully managing and closing deals to achieve or surpass monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and pipeline hygiene
  • Building strong, trust-based client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Clearly and persuasively communicating value propositions, overcoming objections, and providing excellent client support
