Summary
Join Airbyte's Recruiting team as a Sourcer and play a crucial role in hiring top-tier talent for the company's Sales & Marketing teams. You will source and engage with potential candidates, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, conduct initial screenings, and act as a company ambassador. Maintain accurate candidate records, analyze hiring metrics, and participate in team syncs. This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive hourly rate. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting predominantly with go-to-market roles
- Youβre a proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, both technically and culturally
- Proven success in building trusted relationships with hiring teams, acting as a strategic partner in the recruitment process
- Experience contributing to recruiting projects or initiatives that have driven impactful results
- Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments effectively
- A proactive and resourceful team player who thrives in solving complex hiring challenges

Responsibilities
- Source and engage with top-tier talent across Sales & Marketing roles using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other innovative sourcing methods
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture
- Act as an ambassador for the company, sharing a compelling brand story to attract high-quality talent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse, ensuring a seamless and transparent hiring pipeline
- Provide actionable insights by compiling and analyzing hiring metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing creative solutions
- Participate in regular hiring team syncs to share pipeline updates, insights, and candidate progress
- Play a crucial role within a fast-paced environment while working to coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews with systems like ModernLoop
