Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Technologically proficient with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including objection handling and persuasive reframing
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing high activity levels
- Skilled at relationship building, time blocking, and organized follow-through
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads (emails, calls and webchat) within 10 minutes during business hours
- Utilize email, phone, and LinkedIn to ensure prompt outreach and conversion
- Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads and drive efficient conversions
- Professionally guide buyers through the purchasing process with clear, persuasive, and tailored communication
- Gather company decision criteria during calls to effectively position EasyLlama’s solutions
- Highlight EasyLlama’s competitive advantages and value propositions to close deals
- Provide timely follow-up materials, including purchase links, via phone or email
- Showcase a deep understanding of EasyLlama’s SMB use cases, customer pain points, and industry insights
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead statuses, call notes, and buyer insights in the CRM
- Work and close roughly 200 transactions per month
- Update the forecast for the expected transactions and ARR closing monthly
- Develop expertise in EasyLlama’s solutions and differentiation strategies against competitors
- Leverage success stories and industry knowledge to build buyer confidence
