Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Technologically proficient with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including objection handling and persuasive reframing
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing high activity levels
  • Skilled at relationship building, time blocking, and organized follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads (emails, calls and webchat) within 10 minutes during business hours
  • Utilize email, phone, and LinkedIn to ensure prompt outreach and conversion
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads and drive efficient conversions
  • Professionally guide buyers through the purchasing process with clear, persuasive, and tailored communication
  • Gather company decision criteria during calls to effectively position EasyLlama’s solutions
  • Highlight EasyLlama’s competitive advantages and value propositions to close deals
  • Provide timely follow-up materials, including purchase links, via phone or email
  • Showcase a deep understanding of EasyLlama’s SMB use cases, customer pain points, and industry insights
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead statuses, call notes, and buyer insights in the CRM
  • Work and close roughly 200 transactions per month
  • Update the forecast for the expected transactions and ARR closing monthly
  • Develop expertise in EasyLlama’s solutions and differentiation strategies against competitors
  • Leverage success stories and industry knowledge to build buyer confidence
