Remote Sales Specialist

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in districts preferably in district leadership roles
• Strong understanding of HQIM and RBIS preferred
• Strong understanding of K-8 Texas state standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills to build trust with educators
• Deep connections within state of Texas education influencers
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts, staying informed of education trends and policies
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals and completing tasks
• Effective decision-making, ownership, and accountability
• Proficient in Outlook, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and MS365

Responsibilities

• Assist the local sales team with prospecting activities, including site visits, local events, and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain relationships with educators in pilot programs and strategic accounts to ensure smooth implementation of solutions
• Prospect for new schools and districts, gaining an understanding of their needs and recommending suitable products
• Conduct web-based and on-site product demonstrations, showcasing the value and effectiveness of Great Minds Products
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Benefits

Salary range: $30-$35 per hour
