Sales Specialist

Summary

Join Voxidea as a Bilingual Sales Agent and help law firms find the right solutions. This fully remote position offers a base salary of $1400-$2000 USD per month, based on experience. You will conduct consultation calls, close deals with warm leads, build client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and track sales performance. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has 2+ years of sales experience (preferably B2B), and strong consultative selling skills. Permanent residency in Latin America is required. Requirements

• Bilingual in English (C1+) and Spanish, both spoken & written
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or service-based industries
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Resilient and adaptable—thrives on overcoming objections and handling rejections with confidence
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable with CRMs and sales tools to track and optimize performance
• Permanently resides in Latin America

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultation calls with law firms to assess their needs and recommend the best solutions
• Close deals with warm leads by understanding client requirements and offering customized services
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience
• Track sales performance, manage client accounts, and optimize sales strategies
