Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to handle client concerns and objections effectively
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Close sales deals with new and existing clients to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Utilize hard negotiation skills to influence and persuade clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
