Requirements
- Sales Acumen: Experience in sales or a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service), with a demonstrated capability to engage new clients proactively
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively articulate Truva's value and foster relationships with potential customers
- Flexibility: A high sense of urgency and adaptability to tailor conversation strategies on the fly to match the diverse needs of prospects
- Team Player: Commitment to team success and process improvement, alongside meeting individual targets
- Learning and Growth: An eagerness to develop your sales skills and advance your career within a fast-paced tech sales environment
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to sales strategy and sales head on all aspects of execution, including forecasting calls, pipeline updates, outreach planning and performance reviews, etc
- Meet or exceed set KPIs related to outreach activities, lead generation, and pipeline contributions
- Optimize our Website for Lead Generation: Create downloadable content (e.g., eBooks, case studies, checklists, templates) focused on solving pain points relevant to your ICP, like CRM implementation guides or marketing automation tips
- Run Targeted Campaigns with LinkedIn and Paid Ads: Connect with potential clients on LinkedIn, sharing helpful content and engaging directly with them. Use LinkedIn Ads to target specific job titles and industries, driving traffic to your website or landing pages
- Leverage HubSpotβs Inbound Marketing ToolSEO and Blogging: Publish high-quality blog content that addresses common CRM, sales, and marketing challenges
- Optimize for SEO to attract organic traffic, and add CTAs to relevant HubSpot services or downloadable offers within the blog posts
- Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing: Create automated email sequences for new leads, offering them additional resources and gradually moving them through the sales funnel
