Join Pennylane, a fast-growing FinTech company, as their Head of Sales Operations and lead a team of 10-15 people. You will be responsible for the optimal functioning of the sales team, managing projects and OKRs, collaborating with other teams, and building the Revenue/BP vision. This role requires strong experience in consulting, investment funds, or project management within a tech scale-up, including at least 4 years in managerial functions. You will need experience in a 500+ person organization and expertise in project management, problem-solving, communication, and analytics. Requirements
- Solid experience in consulting, investment funds, Strategy & Operations, or project management in a tech scale-up, with at least 4 years in managerial roles
- Significant experience in a 500+ person organization that has ideally experienced a period of strong growth
- Comprehensive project management experience: problem understanding and analysis, scoping, planning, progress monitoring, collaboration with stakeholders, change management, communication. Excellent prioritization and strategic decision-making skills
- Ability to solve complex problems, break them down into smaller, more manageable sub-problems, and organize and prioritize their resolution
- Excellent communicator (oral and written), ability to explain complex topics simply
- Strong analytical skills (SQL...)
- High reliability in all entrusted tasks
- Entrepreneurial/builder profile: ability to anticipate, get hands-on, and take a broader perspective

Responsibilities
- Direct the Sales Strategy & Operations team, comprising around ten individuals across Business Partners, Technical Partner, and Sales Enablement scopes
- Co-construct and champion the sales team's vision
- Ensure the sales team's optimal functioning (Run): monitor sales performance (objective setting, reporting, monitoring rituals, Business Partner roles), manage sales commissions, co-construct and co-pilot with sales directors, provide and maintain effective tools, and provide ongoing training on accounting, Pennylane's product, sales scripts, and sales skills
- Manage the Sales team's projects and OKRs (Build): co-construct semi-annual OKRs with sales directors and the Sales Strat & Ops team, prioritize and monitor projects, and ensure project quality and roadmap success
- Collaborate and coordinate roadmaps (Sync): be responsible for choices and prioritization within your scope and ensure seamless collaboration between the Sales Strat & Ops team and other teams (CRM, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner Success, Product, Finance)
- Lead and develop Revenue Strategy (Topline): collaborate with Finance and sales directors to build and champion the Revenue/BP vision within Pennylane and the Extended Leadership Team
- Manage a team of 10 to 15 people (Manage), including direct reports and intermediate managers. Provide ongoing training for team members and manage careers
- Go above and beyond (Do): supervise the achievement of overall OKRs and the roadmap, and work on your own projects and delve into the details of the team's projects
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
