You will submit candidates through client portals, source candidates and projects using LinkedIn Recruiter, and perform outreach via email and ATS. Requirements
- 1β5 years in recruiting/staffing (Accounting & Finance PERM preferred)
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and ZoomInfo
- Fluent in English; able to work remotely and independently
Responsibilities
- Submit candidates via client portals (~3% of role)
- Source candidates and projects using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Send outreach messages through email and ATS
- Build client records using ZoomInfo (may include phone outreach)
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients
